Reminder: "Organic" =/= "magic." Organic just means you didn't directly pay money for something. No community engagement happens by magic—you have to work for it.

This is so true! And, it's part of why considering which engagement forms are personally exciting to *you* as the community builder should absolutely be a part of your strategy work. Cmgrs should consider not only what's best for their community, but what they can sustain.
