3 years ago a sealed box of memory sticks was discovered at a special school containing 500 hours of CCTV

The police investigated but no charges were brought

But we've discovered that pupils faced appalling abuse and neglect

I'm still of the view that there should not be any 'calm rooms' in schools that have doors on them. And that the current guidance for schools is inadequate. These are awful awful stories and they are not just happening in one school.
