If the NY so-called ERA is back on the ballot Nov 5 (it's on appeal) and it passes, it will not be possible to simply undo these laws. The NYS constitution will have to be amended again, which is a near impossible lift.

“Accept people for who they are” is one of the most nefarious slogans in “LGBTQ+” advocacy. It was harmless when homosexuals were persuading society we are ordinary people who happen to be same-sex attracted; it’s dangerous when used to bully women into “accepting” men are women.

Today we are here in the CA Superior Court of Madera to protest the fact that a male inmate is being charged w/2 counts of rape after being placed in the women's facility.

CA law #SB132 provides extremely limited grounds to deny any male inmate seeking to move to women's prison. To no one's surprise, the men opting to invade women's spaces are disproportionately sex offenders. Now, one has been charged with two counts of rape of incarcerated women.
