So, I followed up with Admyntec because MTN South Africa said they were the problem and they need to refund me. I even managed to reach a manager, Bronwyn, which is rare in these cases. She made many promises but eventually started ignoring my calls. Imagine that. [Part 4] #MTNRefundDelay

This is getting absurd. I was informed of my account balance, paid a portion in-store, and then MTN South Africa double billed me covering me what was still due. It’s unbelievable how far you'll go to avoid refunding money wrongly taken from my account. [Part 10] #MTNRefundDelay
