Anyone other autistics always have twitter display as dim or black instead of the eye-blinding white?

💯 I like to highlight the positive traits because we are constantly bombarded with medical model, 'deficit'-based ideology every single day and there needs to be something to balance that out.

I don't understand why some people look at autism positivity posts and assume that person must be ignoring all the negative traits. You know you can see both positives and negatives in autism, right? One doesn't immediately cancel out the other
