At the 3rd #NkurumahDay, Hon. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire reflected on his Makerere journey where student leadership and activism birthed a generation of freedom fighters. He urged the youth to embrace unity as the true inheritance of Africa, warning that division only fuels oppression.

Nkrumah day was such a great day. The day where we drew inspirations from our great Ancestor Kwame Nkrumah Osagyefo so as to be great Activists of this nation. Long live Nkrumah 💪.

We thank our Chief Guest Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire, the University administration, the Hall administration headed by Rodney Rugyema, the Hall SCR headed by Chairman Arinaitwe, Hall Elders and all Activists for making the day a great one. Nkrumah Hall remains on top 💪

This Saturday, 7th of November, the Northcote Army, OGB and NRA have organized a great initiative to make the great Osagyefo Land and the mighty State clean. Activists are Statesmen, let’s join our comrades for the Northcote Cleanup. Nkrumah Power💪

The Northcote Cleanup organized by the OGB/NRA to ensure that the environment of our hall is clean went on well. The Northcote Army (OGB/NRA) is keen on ensuring that our hall is safe not only security ways but also in terms of hygiene. Long live Nkrumah 💪

What was lost in the 1990s and traditionally known as stereo-the Northcote drum (drum for the “Generals”- Northcote residents) has been restored and blessed by the Ancestors and spirits of Nkrumah and the State at Osagyefo. The spirit never dies 🫡. Long live Nkrumah 💪

A week later, we are still celebrating our victory at the 2025 Edition of the Northcote Football Derby that was held at the Teargas Arena where we defeated our Nsibirwa brothers 3 goals to 1🥳🥳🥳🥳. The derby was opened by a game between the Northcote Leaders and the Hall Army.
