Data processing and analysis is an essential step of mathematical modeling. In our recent work we provide an image processing, segmentation and analysis framework for 3D cell culture data. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Did your 3D cultures turned into 2D? We may have an answer. Check out our latest preprint: doi.org/10.1101/2023.0… thanks to my co-authors: Maria Kyriakidou 🧬💻, Salvador Flores-Torres, Matt Kinsella, Georgios Mitsis #3Dcultures #multiscale_models #Cancer

New preprint: We study the integration of multiscale data to improve model predictions, when the sparsity of longitudinal tumor measurements does not allow for a practically identifiable model. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Our latest project with Salvador Flores-Torres and colleagues, we focused on the interactions between tumours and TILs. We brought 3D cultures of patient derived samples and mathematical models together to model TIL swarming and the killing effect. tinyurl.com/5xvv5ybe
