Oui Jérôme, c’est moi ! This is explained in Section 4 of our paper. The dips you see in the IR spectrum of Earth obsessed from Space are actually a result of adiabatic energy dissipation in ascending air parcels that travers a filed of decreasing pressure with altitude in the troposphere.
Barry Sharp Thank you, Barry. That's correct. But the quasi-adiabatic nature of the troposphere is well-known in atmospheric physics and as stated in our paper (mdpi.com/2673-7418/4/3/…), it's found in standard textbooks on this subject. The problem is GH theory does NOT conform to physics.
