Automaton Lung (3DS, 2022) - 6/10

I think I liked this game? It's very similar to something like LSD Dream Emulator or Yume Nikki where's it's just a matter of exploring for the sake of exploring (though there are minor collectibles). It's fine, I just don't know if it's for me.

Super Mario Advance (GBA, 2001) - 7.5/10

Ummmm? Kinda quirkyyyyyyyy

Mario Paint (SNES, 1992) - 9.5/10

There will never be another video game quite like Mario Paint and you have now idea how much it pains me to say that. The Mario Maker games definitely maintain a lot of its spirit but this is really a one-of-a-kind experience.

Pilotwings Resort (3DS, 2011) - 7/10

This is a fine little game but dear lord this alone was not gonna move units for the 3DS' launch. If this was the only thing I had to play when I got mine I'd-... probably be better off actually. My first 3DS game was CN Punch Time Explosion.

Super Monkey Ball: Touch 'n' Roll (DS, 2006) - 7/10

It alright. Monkey Ball works a lot better with a D-Pad than you might expect.

The Search for Sonic Mania 2 (PC, 2024) - ????/10

This. probably wasn't the best game to play the day after I had my first edible and subsequent weed trip

Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 (PC, 2017) - 8/10

I tried +R for the first time a few months ago and was not digging it, this however I can get behind. I'm finally playing a Guilty Gear that isn't Strive! I'm a real Gearhead now!

Sonic Riders (GCN, 2006) - 6/10

I will never get over this game's wacky ass skill floor. It throws so many mechanics at you and expects you to pick up on them near immediately. That said once you get past that it's uh. Fine.

Puyo Puyo 7 (DS, 2009) - 7/10

Not a whole lot to say here. Puyo campaigns are a fun stupid time. Puyo's just goofy and I love it for that.

Live A Live (NSW, 2022) - 10/10

Genuine modern art. I was absolutely blown away the further I got into this. Please play it, even if you're not a huge RPG fan. It's fantastic.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales (PS5, 2020) - 8.5/10

Nice side story to follow up the original! Excited to try out Spider-Man 2 soon.
