Interesting JACC Journals article about possible mechanism of #SGLT2i benefit in HF. Perhaps the benefit is not in osmotic diuresis, but instead "“nutrient deprivation signaling/autophagy hypothesis” via "reprogramming of mitochondrial function." jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.…
