Brilliant start, quality goal, City in control then it changes with another breakaway goal. We go sloppy, lose composure, Barnsley change up. press and harry, Scanlon & Chambers not at it defensively and we needed half-time lucky not to be behind as McGoldrick missed a sitter

Fair changes. Scanlon and Willock started well but fell away. Scanlon not at it defensively, Willock offered very little. May need a change of Colwills very soon. Superb goal by Rubin but nothing since.

Frustrated 2nd half. Had most of the game but never looked like getting a winner. Not incisive enough and so many misjudged passes in final third. But that puts 9 pts clear of 3rd and a GD worth another point with 10 games to go. Onto the next one. Hurry up back Salech.

I know we focus on City but you had to admire David McGoldrick. His finishing was off tonight, thankfully, but his work rate and application was fantastic for a 38 year old. He held his own against all our players when in a foot race. Great performance.

I didnt hear BBM conference, is there context? What is meant by “The players have given me a whole new perspective on travelling, they love travelling together as they have a really tight-knit bond ... it’s a pretty enjoyable experience.“ Squads/players always travel together.

Great 1st half. Exeter failing to do anything to stop Ng-Colwill-Tanner, love it! I know we shouldnt think this way but with 3 of bottom 4 at home to come, beat them, get a draw in another & Bolton would need 22 pts in last 9 games to overhaul us even if we lost the other 5! 🙃

A class, controlled, ultra professional Cardiff City FC performance to demolish Exeter 4-0 Bradford lost & Bolton drew vs lowly sides so any jitters after a sticky spell should be gone. It's a special side having a special season, let's enjoy and celebrate them. Cardiff City Mad

Osho ... such a good player in the air and on the ball but so silly and a liability at times. He has been around long enough to know not to launch into silly challenges and give the ref the easist decision. Until then, tempo too casual ... it may just focus us. Cardiff City FC

Nigel Harris (@nigelblues) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Assume you're not a paid journalist anymore? We're all frustrated, he let City down ... again, but that's a ridiculous take.

Nigel Harris (@nigelblues) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Coincidence-BBM's unchanged line-up...for the 1st & last time this season in the same game! More Osho madness got a red card but Cardiff City FC lacked tempo, incisiveness all night. Wycombe the 3rd team in 5 to sit in and hit us without worry. Still going up, just not in style.

I did mention to View From The Ninian that while not at fault for any goal recently, his recent form has not been so good IMO. His early season stats - 90+% save rate was freakish - but he is beaten by shots he'd have stopped before by earlier standards he set. I wouldnt change him tho.

Thank F... Salech & Isaak are back time. City need this break to reset. 3 blanks in 5 games & a depressing pattern of ball domination but no threat or creativity, often looking laboured. I got no concerns about City blowing up, we'll be ok, but we are limping to promotion.

Nigel Harris (@nigelblues) 's Twitter Profile Photo

And there you have it, a point closer to promotion, a point further away from the pack. Bradford and Bolton just not good enough to worry us. We'll go up with just 2 wins in the final 7 games IMO ... and might not even need that many. Relax and enjoy the break. Blooooobirds

So the only winners are Capital Law and Dalman who likely did very well with their fees. At least we can finally move on from it. I believe City had valid reasons for the case but bankrupting a French club in a French court always seemed unlikely. Wonder where it leaves Tan?
