Here is why organizations should have #RelativeTargets, and not so-called "OKRs" or "OKR systems" of any kind!

OkRs are as dumb as budgeting. As destructive as performance appraisals. As vague & obnoxious as strategy. As misleading as MbO (in fact, OKRs ARE MbO). OKRs are a pile of dung. If you have OKRs, get rid of them. Nothing will worsen, some things will likely get better. #okr #okrs

By now it is clear that Trump is utterly senile. He has long been able to hide his illness. But by now he is almost constantly babbling nonsense, or completely losing it. It is interesting that American media has consciously or unconsciously corroborated to hide Trumps decline.
