Working out, 5 reps, n with load progression, until failure, repeat n reach failure again n again, pain, n sweat, I reached to the pull-up bar to max out, I reached failure, I pushed for more reps, failure, n more reps till I maxed out....my heart pumping, I remembered...

I remembered Goggins; you still got 40%, Tom Bilyeu press on, reach to pull up bar again for more reps under tension...Geez.. Success.. The same thing happened to free flap surgery.. After 3 free flaps, I had to rescue two, n do two more non stop, over 24 hours....

So, now, preparing my first bite, this scene from batman hits me: "If yoy make yourself more than just a man, if you devote yourself to an ideal, n they can't stop you, then you become sth else entirely"..... Goosebumps!!
