In a hearing for preliminary approval of the NCAA's major antitrust case, Judge Wilken says the two parties will have "to go back to the drawing board" regarding the efforts to limit NIL collective spending in the settlement. She has not made a decision on prelim approval yet.

Judge Wilken says she will not preliminarily approve the NCAA House settlement today, the big one that would set up revenue-sharing and other changes to college sports. Concerns over limiting NIL/collectives are the major holdup. The sides will have to rework it.
