Sometimes what’s really overwhelming us isn’t too much to do or too much to process. It’s too much fear. So, today, I am asking God to help me know the difference between wise discernment and fear. One prompts me to remember God. The other prompts me to panic.

It's puzzling to me why some organizations still resort to fear-based strategies despite overwhelming evidence that they don't lead to a healthy work environment. Adopting an approach that values and empowers your team is essential to creating a thriving team.
