In adults with :
1⃣hypereosinophilic syndromes AND
2⃣“myeloid” features (splenomegaly, ⇑ tryptase, other CBC abnormality, corticoR) AND
3⃣lacking tyrosine kinase fusions
👉>50 % have mutations in the JAK-STAT pathway
