It's feeding time! A bit slow on this one

We got 2 words out of him at the last feed which was quite chatty

The crew are busy switching to shorts and t-shirt mode. Beautiful day now. @JCRswim white shorts must be really coming into their own now!

Great swimming from Nick but he doesn't make it very interesting for us. Banana request at last feed is as exciting as it gets!

We are catch Mhairi Murdoch on Pathfinder, going to swim past and say hi. We are all very excited!

We had a lovely time visiting Mhairi with Pathfinder. We have left then behind now, both swimming very well

Into French inshore waters, he didn't believe us that we were there as he could still see a boat but it's on its way to Calais

He has had a feed of tea to flush the system. Still swimming like a legend!

Nick stupidly bought us some cherries so we have been occupying ourselves throwing cherry stones at him. Only one direct hit so far

France is looking awfully close now but sadly it is quite deceptive. Probably going to get pushed past the Cap

It looks very close now! We should all be getting changed for the glory swim pretty soon
