Haven't drawn anything since I was around 10 years old. I was bad at it but I wish I had a drawing to look back at now. I'm thinking of learning to draw and I might document my journey here.

I know that I'm total beginner to drawing but I just bought a screen-less drawing tablet. I'm so excited. It's still shipping so I don't have it yet. It's going take around a week to arrive.

Today I learned about one-point perspective. This is what i learned: - The horizon line: This the line where the sky and earth meets. - Converging lines: These are parallel lines that seems to meet at the vanishing point. That's all I know so far

My goals for the following week: - Create 20+ gesture drawings (2 mins each). - Continue learning one-point perspective using cubes, cylinders and spheres - Create my first drawing so I can compare it with future drawing to see my progress. Any tips of how to do these well?

The last time I practiced French was 3 months ago. School got in the way. I started the semester late. I got buried under assignments and studying. But this year, I’m making French a priority.

3 Reasons You’re NOT Consistent in Language Learning: 1. You’re taking big steps too soon 2. You’re learning when your energy is low. 3. You’re not prioritizing it. Consistency isn’t about doing a lot all at once. It’s about showing up regularly. Just one step at a time.
