STEWART CO: The Cumberland City Ferry is closed due to a law enforcement investigation.

MORE: barricades and detours are set up on both sides of the Cumberland River alerting motorists to the ferry closure. There is no current estimated clearance time when the ferry will reopen.

UPDATE: the Cumberland City Ferry should be operational tomorrow morning.
