I live in Germany and most of my mates are either Dortmund or Bremen fans (some Schalke fans too 🫣) and they all agree Niclas Füllkrug is a great player who will be (or is) missed sorely for being a good player and a great personality. Hope he performs well for West Ham!

Today I had my longest run of this training block: 33.5 km, taking my weekly total to 65km. For a hot day, I was surprised at how well it went. Four weeks today is my first ever marathon and I know I'll complete it, it's just a question of my pace now
