On today's shown we spoke to Niamh Ui Bhriain from gript and we asked, "Does our government hate Irish culture?" The question arose from the controversy surrounding the SPHE schoolbook. One caller said, "The anti-Irish, anti-culture sentiment is absolutely horrific."

And maybe the Green Party Ireland could let us know who signed off on it as they are part of cabinet as I assume they want you to get to the bottom of this fiasco and reckless waste of taxpayer’s money as much as the rest of us.

We can see where the priority is. Within one week they can put through a bill after oasis fiasco (not a bad idea) but they still can’t put through a bill to cap energy pricing. It’s all about jumping on popular bandwagons before an election.
