Through this support, we will be reducing the burden of zero-dose children thereby improving immunization coverage as well as health insurance coverage in the state.

Received a delegation from the UNICEF team in my office this afternoon.

We discussed the plans for immediate enrollment of 10,000 children across the zero-dose LGAs in Niger state into the Niger State Contributory Health Agency state health insurance scheme.

Earlier today, Executive Secretary Sulayman Abu-bakr and his team were on Crystal FM 91.3FM, Minna, to discuss the operations and activities of the Agency and raise awareness about the importance of healthcare insurance for the residents of Niger State.
