15/5/1874 The devil all, all [sic] the days now are as dry as buggery. Can only saw half a day now. The Governor's boy was sawing today. No grinding of oats this long time, and only seven little grists of wheat. I'm getting some better, but not able to do much.

Day two of the Digital Disruption Field School. A grand merci Musée acadien & IEA for welcoming us. We also stopped at the memorial for Shubenacadie IRS to remember the children & legacy of residential schooling & the importance of the Shubenacadie River for the Mi’kmaq.
