Great discussion on spatial analysis (crime mapping, hot spots, etc) & the importance of recognizing that #community live in these areas. It’s crucial to consider that #police may not always be the best response. #CommunityEngagement & a multidisciplinary approach is key.

It’s communities who are at the core of public safety. As we further develop this amazing tech for crime analysis, how can we keep them rooted in community? #NIJ2023
