My office successfully defended New York's law that requires health insurance companies to include abortion care in their health plans.

My office secured $2 billion from crypto platform Genesis for lying and cheating investors. This is the largest settlement against a crypto company in New York history.

That money will go back to defrauded investors, and Genesis is also banned from operating in New York.

Today, we recovered 209 firearms, including 27 assault weapons, at our gun buyback events in Kingston and Watervliet.

Thanks to our partners in law enforcement for helping us get firearms out of our communities and keeping New Yorkers safe.
