It’s very windy on site at the moment, but it is due to drop off to more manageable levels in time for the display.

It’s tough going here, but the firework crew are setting up ready to go ahead tonight. We’ll keep monitoring the situation and make sure that it’s safe for everyone. Keep positive!

OK, the weather is still not great but it’s improved enough that we can safely go ahead with the display. Select Security Select Security are just briefing their team ready to get the gates open at 5pm. See you soon 👍

Gates are now open, and it’s not even raining! The display will start at 7pm so *please* don’t all arrive at the last minute. Arrive by 6.30 to make sure you don’t miss the start of the show.

Food is on, and there are no queues! The bar is open at the clubhouse too 🍺
