We've always been interested in peripheral physiology and social behavior, but... tethers get in the way and alter social behavior, wireless devices need bulky batteries, its a mess.

So, what to do? Work with some brilliant engineers of course! The result is what we call a BMAD.

It takes a village... and about 5 years.. to raise some papers. This collaboration was led by Dr. Wei Ouyang (just opened his lab at Dartmouth!) from the John A Rogers group, in collaboration with Mitra Heshmati lab and our industry partner NeuroLux.
