Day 2 of our Outdoor First Aid training. What a beautiful location to learn all things CPR, trips, sprains, illness and woodland rescue. Unlikely to happen, our sessions involve a gentle stroll and resting in nature, but it's reassuring to be able to manage the unexpected.
