Year 10 Progress Evening is taking place on Tuesday 25th February 2025, 3.45pm - 6.45pm

Netherthorpe has celebrated World Book Day in style. Making March the Reading Month, the library has become Wonderland, we have run special assemblies for all year groups across the week, and staff have dressed in departments to the theme of a book.

An additional INSET day has been scheduled for Tuesday, 22nd April. On this day, the school will be closed to students. Following the Easter holidays (Monday 7th – Monday 21st April) and the INSET day (Tuesday 22nd April) students will return to school on Wednesday, 23rd April.

Today, we proudly awarded 100 students with Easter treats and certificates in recognition of their hard work and dedication to their learning. Additionally, 60 students were rewarded for maintaining excellent standards of PRIDE in their work. 🌟 #NetherthorpeSchool

Today we had a special visit from Sheffield Steelers & Great Britain Ice Hockey Captain Robert Dowd. A group of students from the Inclusion Centre are currently planning a fundraiser to raise money for new equipment and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and Ashgate Hospice.
