Our new preprint is now online! Bengi (Bengi Ruken Yavuz)-Kaan (mkaanarici)-Cansu (Cansu Demirel) worked together to show that networks of neurodevelopmental disorders and cancer can have shared mutations, proteins, and pathways differing in mechanisms, signaling strength, and outcomes.

Sina Dadmand and Şeyma Benge Uysal's work on the functional stratification of cancer drugs through integrated network similarity and exploring drug resistance patterns among cell lines, was presented by Sina Dadmand RECOMB Conference Series conference.
