I had a great time reading poetry about schools and writing some poetry with these Deerfield kindergarten kids today. They brainstormed ideas, came up with rhyming words, and showed their Buck pride. #readacrossAmerica @desbucks

What we don’t need in crisis: * districts to show off how much they can accomplish in two weeks * expect teachers to give normalcy to epidemic * for teachers to spend more time working from home than the long hours they normally do * more stress on kids/ parents/ teachers
