Can tell us who will disarmed a genocidal force ? Certainly, not a government that has leaders who say 'FDLR Congolese and not Rwandan,' but aren't moved to act as if Congolese lives don't matter.

Macron's call for Rwanda troops to leave DRC raises questions: Can he tell Rwanda how to defend itself from a dangerous group that France acknowledges needs disarming? Can he tell Rwanda why it doesn't have a right to pursue a genocidal group hosted by another country?

This is just a rhetoric. He doesn't believe in dialogue as long as France entertains mediocrity and doesn't want to discuss the root causes of the conflict, including France's role in it.
