The devolved parl is exactly that, a branch office of Westminster!
Imagine Glasgow Council making laws outwit its powers, then when courts say 'no no' saying 'Glasgow getting its democracy ripped from it'

Angus B MacNeil MP🇺🇦 The truth is that in 1999 the Scottish Parliament was not “reconvened” as it was claimed. Tam Dalziel was right, power devolved is power retained.
