GPs show up to the clinic armed with nothing but a stethoscope, some coffee, and pure determination. They masterfully diagnose and manage while looking like they just pulled an all-nighter. GPs rock! #Gold.

Today, I was afraid to take my children out to play because, for the first time, I didn't know if I would be able to protect them from racist terrorist thugs. Stay safe 🫂

The incentives are few compared to the effort required to become a Doctor. The government, media, and public dislike for Doctors has not been the best. If they care about recruitment, then they should focus on positive public engagement and treatment of Doctors.

Finding the right GP can be as challenging as finding the right therapist. Don’t settle—keep searching until you find one who truly listens and understands. Remember it shouldn’t be this hard. You can also give them feedback to help improve their service.

I believe that taking ice baths can make you feel better because once you are done with the whole experience, everything else seems that much better in comparison.
