Happy 65th birthday to my mama! What a babe (inside and out!) ♥️

People (newspapers) often talk about a ‘battle’ or a ‘fight’ that someone has ‘lost’ with cancer and honestly, it makes people affected by cancer so angry.

But there is a fight to be won and it’s this one 👇🏻- the fight for better access to drugs that could save or extend lives.

Cheeky 6am sea swim this morning, a perfect start to the day. I know lots of people go on about cold water swimming but it’s honestly so great for so many reasons.

I just got asked for ID at a beach bar and honestly it would have been one of the greatest days of my 41 year old life…. apart from I don’t have any ID on me so they wouldn’t serve me. 😂💀

Currently studying for my IBBFA Barre Instructor Certification and loving it! I’ll soon be able to teach Barre classes and will also be offering Barre for rehab and adapted classes for those who have been through illness/injury/surgery.
