1999 Trebanos u11s winning Abercrave tournament. When juniors could play a tournament,learning to deal with losing, but also the feeling of winning and achieving something. Why did this stop? Now everyone gets a medal.More life values learnt this way than having it handed to you

First game with the new tackle law. 7 cards shown in total, 5 for us, 2 lead to a red, 2 for the them. Not one tackle was dangerous. The Referee,was refereeing by the book. The New law is a shambles and ruined the game. Most concussions are at top level,they arent even playing it

From representing Swansea Valley, to my son representing Swansea Valley and now being asked to help coach, is a massive honour and privilege. Great seeing them develop each week. Definitely enjoying the experience as much as them. Diolch boys #juniorrugby #swanseavalley
