Ten years ago today, Pakistani artist Imran Qureshi's 'Fragmented' was painted across downtown City of East Lansing, while his work was being exhibited across the street at MSU Broad Art Museum. It was controversial and remains to this day my favorite public art initiative from my time as Mayor.
