Throwing with shoulder pain? It could be poor thoracic rotation causing overcompensation. Try this: 1️⃣ On one knee, hands behind head 2️⃣ Rotate toward up knee 3️⃣ Side bend, elbow to ground 4️⃣ Deep inhale/exhale, rotate farther Better thorax mobility = pain-free throws! 🏋️‍♂️
