1st Bullpen since August! Felt really good, as I reached up to 91.3mph on my fastball, and had a great feel for both off-speed pitches today. Super excited to climb the rest of the offseason, and prepare myself for the Spring!

1st high intent pen today since the fall season ended. I was working on getting behind my fastball and pronating more on my changeup. Felt pretty solid, fastball worked up to 90.4 and sat 88/89 hitting 90 a couple other times. Definitely more to come. Mike Porzio The Clubhouse CT

Boars beat Kent 10-0 today. Went 3-4 with 2 singles, a triple, and 3 RBIs. Nate Kempton threw a no hitter and the boys are loving the great weather
