26 fund cos have now filed to offer ETF share classes of existing mutual funds... 26! Pretty much a who's who of asset management. Vanguard's patent on the structure expired in May of last year. And not a peep out of the SEC that I've heard about.

Politics aside, it’s difficult to envision any addn’l spot crypto ETFs coming to market under current administration… Nothing would indicate a spot solana or xrp ETF is possible in next yr or two given current state. For better or worse, likely comes down to November election.

Whatever Coinbase is or isn’t doing, rest assured the ETFs 100% own underlying btc…. It’s real. And it’s spectacular. That simple. Period. End of story. Heard same thing back in the day w/ physical gold ETFs. Anyone perpetuating this stuff doesn’t understand how ETFs work.
