NACHTLAND is a disquieting play that challenges, provokes and outrages in equal measure. You can’t sit on the fence. Patrick Marber directs an exceptional cast that embrace its difficulties unashamedly. I’ll be thinking about it for days.

Just seen NACHTLAND at Young Vic, a queasy provocation of a play, posing discomforting questions about authenticating & celebrating Nazi artefacts, painful German family backgrounds and fetishising Jews, that’s intentionally shocking & disturbing.

Cus she’s a bloomin’ 💫 and a total ledge. Dot is shining bright in the NACHTLAND
