Just got back from the Mad Trapper snowshoe night race. It was epic, lots of snow, super hard, also met some super motivating individuals!

I know I said epic and that's just a bad word to use unless it actually is, but it was.

If only my being one in a million chances for developing certain things could be used to win the lottery!

Had lots of fun with Derrick St John trail racing this past weekend!Closest thing to cyclocross, running on single track mtb trails with bridges!

Waiting in the hospital for an injection of cortisone into my butt.....my last effort to see if I can ride again! Hope its safe and works.
