16. Always be nice to the program coordinator and other support staff. The program coordinator is the PD's best friend. Just because someone is not a doctor doesn't mean that they don't count. A PC could be your greatest advocate!

Anyone you meet and interact during the interview is part of the process and have a say! Treat everyone with respect, no matter how stressed and nervous you are.
