I was thrilled to attend a celebratory breakfast for the Las Vegas Museum of Art (LMA). It was wonderful to meet the LMA staff & architect Francis Kéré, winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize. This museum will build community while cementing Las Vegas as a cultural leader.

The City Council just passed new rules for pet shops. Starting now, new pet shops in Las Vegas can’t sell dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, or potbellied pigs. Instead, they can partner with local rescues and shelters to help pets get adopted. For our existing pet shops,

It was great to attend Hearts Alive Village’s Tails of Hope event to celebrate amazing volunteers in the rescue community. 💜 I enjoyed celebrating Linda Faso, founder of The Alexis Project, which seeks to spay and neuter pit bulls to prevent them from ending up in our shelters.

Her mission is especially near and dear to my team member, Madi, and me because we have both adopted pit bulls from our shelters (pictured here!)
