Dr Ola Brown I don't think we do and I also don't think we should. Premature deindustrialization is one of the traps that low income fall into when they try to replicate things like this. We will end up perpetuating our dependency on imported goods.

I really see the advantages of a manager, but I hate the way they sound, that's why I gave resisted all these years.
