Thank you for this perspective to which I add a personal one. I was born a refugee in DRC since my parents were denied the right to live in their motherland until 1994. During the last presidential campaign in my parents' region, one could read a lot of emotions in their hearts.

My mother got tricked into sending 2.3M through her MTN Rwanda mobile money and her Bank of Kigali Official app but a very high level of con artists and it can only through the staff/agents of those companies…Rwanda Investigation Bureau you need to investigate better these con networks.its from inside .

We need to do better in taking accountability as a service provider. Chateau Le Marara should just issue a public apology letter, give the complementary room as refund and do better... That is all. No other explanation is needed.
