Such a bizarre career for Austin Dillon. 432 starts and if I had to guess he’s been a total non factor in probably 400 of those but on average once every 3 years he has an amazing night. Say what you want about him, but 6 career wins is still something.

Last night's Austin Dillon win was not great for Reddick and Bowman and a catastrophe for Buescher and Preece. Much like teams that don't win enough games and get left out of the NCAA Tournament though...it's hard to feel bad for anyone that goes 0 for 26 in winning races.

I swear I think I can manifest injuries. I dealt with some elbow tendonitis earlier in the year for months. Just yesterday it dawned on me that it’s been awhile since it’s been sore so of course I woke up this morning and it’s tight. What kind of mental superpower is that?

Charlie Jones could develop into a nice slot guy for Cincinnati with Higgins/Chase getting so much attention. Hope he can stay healthy. Purdue’s produced some studs WR’s in recent years in Rondale Moore, David Bell and Jones but they’ve all had horrendous injury luck.
