Session B2 brought to light many interesting and unique concepts in the field of youth sport. #NYSC2023

Session B1 brought thought-provoking insights around defining and understanding concepts within youth sport participation, coaching and formality of engagement. #NYSC2023

Really enjoyed discussing potential implications for youth sport from my adult sport participation systematic review #nysc2023

C1 session brought fascinating discussion around strength training and implications of relative strength, with Dr Sarah Kennedy and and Miss Mikayla Lyons presenting. #NYSC2023

One of the last sessions of #NYSC2023 offered unique, fascinating perspectives, discussing sport psychology and nutrition among youth athletes, and the use of STEMfit activities in young students.

What a huge 72 hours! The inaugural #nysc2023 was held at #flindersuniversity A huge professional step for me. I got to 'chair' a session, present my research, and have in-depth conversations with some of the world's best youth sport academics.
