It’s Comic Relief on Friday 21st March.

This week in P.E Nursery thoroughly enjoyed taking part in an obstacle course. This included the children applying different skills. For example jumping with two feet and balancing along a bench. Well done Nursery! New York Primary School

This week for Squiggle Whilst We Wiggle Nursery have moved onto action two! This includes moving our arms side to side and our song is "Walking on Sunshine" ☀️ New York Primary School

We have had lots of fun trying out a new painting technique New York Primary School

What an eggcelent way to start our week! We have had a special delivery of ten eggs. Nursery have discussed how to look after them and keep them safe. We can not wait to watch them grow and change over time. New York Primary School 🥚🐣🐥

What a lovely trip we had to Stevenson Railway Museum! Nursery throughly enjoyed exploring their outdoor area and taking part in a variety of activities New York Primary School

For P.E this week Nursery took part in some cosmic yoga! This included acting out the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar to help our balancing skills and core stretch New York Primary School

This half term we have planned our Music lessons around our T4W writing story "We're Going On A Bear Hunt" This included singing the story and using instruments to match each sound. For example a Maraca to represent the swishy swashy grass New York Primary School

This half term Nursery have really enjoyed taking part in some colour mixing! This has included mixing the different primary colours to see which new colours they would make New York Primary School

This week Nursery had another fun filled Music lesson with Miss Anderson. During this session we were learning new Summer songs using different resources ☀️☀️ New York Primary School

This week SC worked closely with Year 6 and held a reading morning. This included each year group having a chance to read with our Year 6 friends. It was lovely too see each year group coming together and sharing our love of reading! New York Primary School

This week for Squiggle Whilst We Wiggle Nursery have been using the pens to make our new action "wiggle up and wiggle down" Our song is "We like to party!" New York Primary School
