nobody will remember: - your salary - how “busy you were” - how many hours you worked people will remember: - how you put a lid on your trash can - how we sent rats packing once and for all - the day we won the “War on Rats”

There are lots of ways for Queens residents to get rid of yard waste...like for free, at home, on recycling day. NOT a way: Left in the street in Queensboro Hill, Sandra Ung 黄敏仪’s district. This dumper's truck was impounded & they got a $4000 summons. Don’t dump on our City.💥

When a picturesque streetscape goes bad. Litter baskets are for coffee cups & candy bar wrappers – NOT BAGS of household or business trash. Now thanks to some jerk, the next passerby trying to enjoy a beautiful day on West 4th St can't use the basket. Don't do this.

Picking out your weekend donuts? Lot of glazed? Some sprinkle stuff? Maybe some cinnamon rolls? If you didn’t make the right choices, make sure the leftovers end up in the compost bin. It makes sense! Info: nyc.gov/curbsidecompos….

This week, we welcome 125 people to the ranks of #NewYorksStrongest, including 29 who are veterans, previously serving in our nation’s military. They join new Supervisors and civilians, all working together to make the greatest City on Earth, the cleanest City on Earth.

We clean graffiti. We remove derelict & abandoned vehicles. And sometimes, we do both at once! Art or not, this truck doesn’t belong on our streets. We worked with NYPD 48th Precinct in the Bronx to remove 28 vehicles & issue 23 summonses. Report a vehicle here: on.nyc.gov/32szIvP

Hey Aiden! You're welcome. We like cleaning the streets, and we're doing more of it than ever before. When you grow up, you can help us keep the streets clean, too - don't litter, don't dump, and move your car during ASP. Until then, we'll keep your drawing on our fridge!

Businesses have to put their trash in bins. Everyone knows that. But this Blank Street Coffee at 71st and Lex seems to just...not care?? Well, maybe they'll care about daily summonses. Would you want to get coffee next to their piles of trash???
